Constellations is a licensed mental health agency offering evidence-based, clinical counseling, case management and medication management for clients seeking to establish and maintain wellness.

In addition to it's current 750 sq. ft. suite of professional offices located on scenic Wilson Lake, Constellations is in the process of renovating a 1300 sq. ft. state-of-the art medication, behavioral and developmental clinic.

Candidates will be afforded the opportunity

must be completed.
